Private Meetings
Are you tired of the hectic pace of Downtown Victoria? Why not host your next meeting at the Royal Oak Golf Club. We are centrally located, 10 minutes from downtown Victoria and 18 minutes from the BC Ferries terminal. We accommodate from 10 to 80 guests.
Our Private meeting Room located on the ground floor of the clubhouse seats up to 40 persons and is equipped with a drop down projection screen as well as a projector which is available for rent. Our upstairs Dining Room can host up to 80 participants.
High Speed WiFi internet access is available throughout the clubhouse and patio areas. We offer our Private Meeting Menu as a standard meal option but we can also arrange a custom menu as per your requests.
